What credit score do I need for 100% financing?
600 is the floor on the FHA-based combos.
- FHA 100% Combo: 600 minimum (AUS-approved)
- V1-FAST 100: 600 AUS-approved, or 660 on manual underwrite
- 1% Down Grant programs: conventional underwriting — your score is reviewed on your file
